Kuncinya tentunya pada saat pengocokan telur dan gula harus benar-benar kental dan mengembang, dengan penambahan bahan pengental waktu pengocokan untuk mendapatkan adonan yang kental dan mengembang jadi tidak terlalu lama. Untuk mixer yang saya gunakan, waktu pengocokan untuk 1 adonan kue dibutuhkan sekitar 10 menit sampai diperoleh adonan yang diinginkan. Pokoknya kuncinya pada proses pengocokan ini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;Keluarga di rumah paling senang dengan cake rasa pandan ini, selain menghasilkan kue yang enak dan harum juga warnanya sangat mempesona....Kalau di Jepang untuk mendapatkan warna hijau pada cake biasanya digunakan serbuk teh hijau (ocha) tapi warnanya tidak seindah daun pandan dan daun suji....Sampai-sampai orang Jepang terpesona lho dengan warna hijau yang dihasilkan...Karena disini tidak ada daun pandan dan daun suji.....Jadi bersyukurlah di Indonesia bisa tumbuh daun-daun tersebut. &lt;/span&gt; Cara membuatnya sederhana ..namun biasanya bentuk takoyaki bundar-bundar jadi diperlukan alat khusus membuat takoyaki ini yang berbuntuk bundar-bundar. Kalau di Indo, pas kepingin kue lapis ini langsung bisa beli aja ngak usah repot-repot bikin. Disini ya harus sedikit repot bikin untuk menikmati sepotong kue lapis ini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nah karena kemarin dah menemukan bahannya yaitu tepung beras jadi ya disempetin donk bikin kue ini. Walau sedikit repot tapi lihat hasilnya ternyata enak juga. Nah kebetulan di kulkas masih tersedia susu murni,  untuk menghabiskan stok susu yang ada, jadinya santan  yang harusnya digunakan aku ganti dengan susu murni. Rasanya sama gurihnya dan enaknya. Ini hasil reka-rekanya...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;Bahan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;900 ml susu murni&lt;br /&gt;250 gr gula&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;pewarna merah dan coklat&lt;br /&gt;275 gr tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;100 gr maezena&lt;br /&gt;25 gr terigu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;Cara bikinnya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan susu, garam, dan gula sampai gula larut kemudian dinginkan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan dandang, dan olesi loyang dengan minyak&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Susu dingin dicampur dengan tepung beras, maezena dan tepung terigu yang sudah diayak&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Campur sampai adonan licin dan saring&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bagi menjadi 3 adonan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Satu adonan putih, diberi warna merah, dan warna coklat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ambil 1 sendok sayur adonan, kukus 5 menit. Sekarang sudah tumbuh 3 giginya dan sudah bisa berjalan. Nah di hari ulang tahunnya yang pertama ini aku bikin cake yang sederhana aja berbentuk angka sebagai rasa  syukur kami pada Allah atas semua yang telah diberikan kepada kami sekeluarga.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Karena sudah tradisi, selain bikin cake ulang tahun juga dibuat nasi tumpeng sederhana ....Yah hanya untuk sekeluarga aja.
